12-Month Agreement. Membership is for one adult ages 18+. Renews automatically beginning in month 13 to a rolling month-to-month membership. Member may cancel at any time after the twelfth payment with 30- days notice. Early cancellation fee applies.

Enrollment fee and first month of membership due at time of joining. Annual fee of $49 will apply 45 days after initial sign-up and due every 12 months.
